Working as Active Antenna System Engineer, RF designer and Technical Responsibile for Active Antennas for national Programs and R&D studies. Practices and Main Responsibilities: • Technically responsible for the hardware architecture and its consistency with the solution/system architecture, in charge of leading Design and Development of Antenna System and its sub-systems in all stages of product life cycle in collaboration with specialties (Thermo-Mechanical, RF, Power Supply, Digital) and with AIT and technological disciplines experts. • Drive trade-off activities to consolidate the radiating, RF, power and digital architecture of the active antenna, taking into account state-of-art technologies and proposing innovative solutions; • Collect requirements and needs from stakeholders (Business Domains, Product Line Managers, Bid teams, etc) and formalize them into models and Requirements specifications for Radiating Elements, RF Front Ends, Amplifiers and Beam Forming Networks; • Manage Power Supply and Digital Control Units from Antenna S/S point of view; • Manage Antenna radiating performances and Engineering budgets along its whole Life Cycle • Interface with internal and/or external suppliers in order to ensure delivery in line with performance, quality, schedule and cost required by the Program; • Interface internal and external customers
