In WeRoad, I am mainly responsible for the development and maintenance of the Coordinators platform, the personal area of our coordinators, and implementing new features to enrich and simplify their user experience.As part of my job, I did:• Development, maintenance, and bug fixing of the platform using the TDD methodology.• Created cool functionalities as the itinerary hub (destination tips and the nearby coordinators map), the news dashboard, the integration of the mixed rooming, and a lot of other cool stuff.• Integration of Meilisearch to give the final user a faster and smarter search.• Develop and maintain RabbitMQ consumers to provide cross-site functionalities.• Develop and maintain the PHP logging library, used from the whole PHP backend projects.• Develop and maintain Cronjobs to provide asynchronous functionalities.• Write feature and integration tests using Pest, increasing the code coverage and providing a better final product.• Guarantee high-quality code using static analysis tools as PHP-Stan and linting tools as PHP-CS-Fixer.• Did code reviews for other PHP engineers.• Worked using Agile methodology, splitting tasks in bi-weekly sprints, to improve and organize our job.• Worked with a great number of high-level engineers to provide the best product possible.Technologies: PHP, Laravel, Pest, Meilisearch, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, PHP-Stan, PHP-CS-Fixer, Git
