ABOUT VINCENZO FERRANTE

I am a highly motivated, successful, pragmatic and innovative person from a deeper manufacturing background with management experience in all the regions. I am recognized for my ability to build and develop a strong team which helps ensure the right results are achieved by the Company. Strong human resource development and people management abilities are key factors of my success within international environments. I am keen to further develop managerial skills in different organizational functions within an international, dynamic, challenging & rewarding environment. My career main steps are: • 3 years’ experience in the World Class Manufacturing Central Team that I can resume in 3 important steps: QC Expert WW for Quality Control Pillar, WCM Managerial Specialist and WCM EMEA Coordinator; • Five years’ experience in the field of World Class Manufacturing program: the company where I worked, in May 2011 saw recognized the knowledge and correct application of WCM methods and tools getting the Bronze medal (50 points) and in November 2014 getting the Silver medal (60 points) by the Commission chaired by Professor Yamashina; • Experience in coordination and management of Quality-Gates to solve quality problems related to human error, coordination and development of Continuous Improvement Projects aimed at reducing scrap and rework with average results achieved by effective reduction of the indices of about 90% in temporal frame of 3-6 months; • Experience in the field of Suppliers Engineer for qualification activities and for activities related to the identification of deficiencies of Organization / Process / Product with definition of corrective actions and subsequent monitoring, aimed at removing the root causes. • Experience in the field of Quality Management Systems (UNI EN ISO 9001, IATF 16949:2016) and in the field of Quality Process & Quality Product;
