ABOUT VINCENZO SPANOLA
As a third-year law student at New York Law School focused on business, finance, and transactional law, I am seeking full-time post-graduate opportunities starting in 2026. I will sit for the New York Bar Exam in February 2026 and am committed to building a career in corporate and M&A practice, combining legal precision with practical problem-solving to help businesses structure deals and manage risk.My experience includes work at the New Jersey Economic Development Authority and Siclari Law Group, where I assisted deal teams with due-diligence reviews, contract drafting and redlining, compliance analysis, and preparation of closing documentation. I have also gained exposure to public-finance and regulatory matters, giving me insight into how corporate transactions intersect with government incentives and oversight.I bring a transaction-oriented mindset, strong research and drafting skills, and a collaborative approach to supporting clients through every stage of a transaction. I am particularly drawn to roles that involve M&A, finance, and structured transactions, where I can contribute to deal execution and long-term value creation.
