I’ve managed the rengeneerig of IT financial management to ensure effectiveness of budgeting and forecasting process, the implementation of new EPM solutions and the introduction of Robot Process Automation and AI tools in accounting process. As CFO, I’m in charge of leading the digital evolution of the Department, managing the communication with the (internal and external) stakeholders of the company, monitoring and reviewing financial results and ensuring that all financial and fiscal key processes are delivered (from accounting to financial reporting).
