Stip is an AI-based platform that automates all repetitive and miscellaneous Social and Digital Customer Support activities; allowing customer service representatives to focus on the only thing that truly matters: increase customers\' satisfaction.\\\\n\\\\nStip cuts customer service costs for companies by 70%, substantially improves customer service representatives\' work performances (by 170%) and decreases ticket management time by 80%, while enhancing customer success.\\\\n\\\\nMy role in the company is to develop and optimize the Artificial Intelligence algorithms that support the automation of repetitive processes for our clients, such as:\\\\n∙ automated, real-time recognition of messages that are potential tickets;\\\\n∙ analysis of user data in the messages and retrieval of missing data when needed;\\\\n∙ categorization and consequent addressing towards the operator and/or department of competence;\\\\n∙ evaluation and analysis of sentiment polarization of messages;\\\\n∙ evaluation of message priorities for the optimization of the caring services.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
