I\'m currently playing the role of Executive Program and Delivery Manager for Travel & Transportation after an initial experience as System Engineer. During my last twenty years I worked as Delivery Manager & Project Manager, managing increasingly complex and difficult projects, both from a financial and operative point of view, with growing responsibilities in leadership, team management, contract management, relationship, sales, transition and operation activities. I accrued my experience in several and different environments, national and international, application development, system integration and full outsourcing; I am often asked to face and recover critical situations and manage high performance based contracts. I also cover the role of people manager; I\'m also responsible for innovation and value proposition for my customers. One of my task is the definition of processes and procedures for business alignment to IT. I lead functional and technical teams and participate in the design of solutions following best practices and marketplace standards, taking care of functional and not-functional aspects, create business cases and collaborate in negotiation phases.
