Main duties and responsibilities- Define and manage manufacturing projects for new products- Renewal and optmisation of existing manufacturing lines- Complete Cradle-to-grave engineering project follow-up, including Supply, Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning- Build cross-functional and cross-departmental support, fostering overall effectiveness- Manage relationships with preferred suppliers and with the project\'s team- Quality Risk Assessment and definition of mitigation plans- Develop User Requirements and System Specifications documents and data sheets- Create and execute Qualification Protocols (DQ / IQ / OQ / PKV / PQ), in accordance with GMP guidelines and the main regulatory requirements (21 CFR Part 11)- Develop SOPs and manage the appropriate technical training- Adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental Policies, and keep a healthy and safe-conscious working environment (UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 and BS OHSAS 18001).
