ABOUT VINCENZO ACQUAFREDDA

Vincenzo has an excellent understanding of intellectual property law, agri-food law and corporate law. In the field of IP & AgTech he is recognised for his expertise in plant variety protection and enforcement of plant breeders’ rights, providing advice and representation to national and international clients. He joined the firm in 2005 having trained previously with another firm having specialised in intellectual property and corporate law. Vincenzo is Professor of IP law at University LUM - Jean Monnet and he teaches on the Masters in Law at Il Sole 24 Ore Business School where he lectures on intellectual property and law of contracts.
