In my journey, I have worked in several types of analytical and reporting roles which have led me to understand how to optimize reporting tools for efficiency, accuracy and audit trail. I soon learned that even in technical positions, soft skills (managing expectations, message delivery, adjusting for target audience) are equally importantly as the technical skills. My two super powers are: 1) motivating people to help reach their goals 2) finding creative ways and analogies to help people relate and grasp concepts.
