With 15+ years of rich industry experience, Vincent is an award-winning marketing leader in creating and nurturing FMCG brands.Driven by opportunities to build and scale brands in highly challenging categories, Vincent concentrates in innovatively building and transforming the marketing function/operations at Lotte Havmor. He strongly believes that “Necessity is the mother of invention” which has helped him to bring out the \'innovator\' out of the \'marketer\' every day. At Havmor, Vincent was instrumental in shaping up the new paradigm in the emerging consumer tech landscape, leveraging deep understanding of consumers, brands and food category to deliver value and create platforms for new age GTM. In his previous stint, at Parag Milk Foods (Dairy and VAP), he was responsible for steering the innovation pipeline in the marketing department. He launched 10 new products tapping emerging consumer needs and contributed 15% additional revenue in 1 yr. He has been associated with some of the reputed brands like Hindustan Unilever, Hindustan Times and NDTV Media in the past which has added to his deep understanding of the media landscape. At Lotte Havmor, Vincent was responsible for developing and executing ground-breaking marketing strategies in line with the organization\'s overall business plan. In addition to restaging the brand proposition in 2018-19, Vincent also revamped their retail strategy with the introduction of Ice cream kiosks and dark kitchens adding 100+ crores of revenue annually. While ensuring ice cream becomes accessible through LUP’s (Rs 5 packs) he also built a strategy to premiumise it through the addition of Lotte World Cone, Sippables, Shotties and a range of ice cream cakes driving consumption, basket value and repertoire. With his experience and expertise, Vincent wishes to nurture his team and bring them up to speed in taking up challenging assignments in a fast paced growth-oriented environment. Vincent has done his Masters in Marketing from JBIMS, Mumbai and also holds an Executive Certification from IIM, Ahmedabad. Other than work, Vincent is a great foodie and interestingly his likes have got camouflaged with his professional life. He is a passionate marketeer and hence at the end of a hard day, you’re most likely to find him catching up on the latest developments in the marketing world.
