ABOUT VINCENT MARINO

I am a Director at Platinum Equity, a leading private equity firm with over $25 billion of assets under management. I have over 20 years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, and solutions architecture, with a focus on Microsoft 365, CRM, and SharePoint platforms. I have a proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex IT projects and initiatives on time and above expectations.In my current role, I\'m working to implement and drive Microsoft Teams and SharePoint user adoption, improve user experience, and enhance productivity and collaboration throughout the organization. I\'m also responsible for the creation and execution of the Microsoft 365 roadmap and strategic plans for further deploying Microsoft 365 tools and solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with SEC standards. Some of my recent achievements include:Lead a successful implementation of Microsoft Teams meeting room to over 100 conference rooms throughout multiple Pharmavite sites. The implementation was a collaborative effort between vendors, IT staff, and internal business departments. Introducing Skype for Business Audio Conferencing, eliminating Go To Meeting and generating $2K in monthly savingsSupporting imaging and workflow applications utilized by 6K users, in addition to application infrastructure supportI am passionate about leveraging technology to create value and solve problems for businesses and users.
