Financial: • Accurately complete resource forecasting and weekly schedules. • Assist Practice Area Leader with recommending goals and objectives for the division. • Identify actions and resource needs to meet established goals such as Net Service Revenue, Profitability, and Utilization. • Ensure division project invoicing and collections procedures are being implemented and are functioning. Business Development: • Leads business development efforts for division: selling work, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships. • Develop division business development plans with Practice Area Leader. • Responsible for Division Revenue Growth
