With industrial operations in nearly 30 countries, Stellantis has the ability to consistently exceed the evolving needs and expectations of consumers in more than 130 markets.• Design, release, and validate the passive safety electrical system and its components, leading the process from inception through launch (vehicle programs are not limited to Dodge Charger/Challenger/Durango, Chrysler 300, Jeep Compass/Grand Cherokee).• Perform product release and change management processes, including the development of software and hardware release timing for feature rollout and performance goal milestones.• Interface with Electronic Component Groups, Suppliers, Purchasing, Vehicle Program Management, Quality and Assembly Plants to develop Electronic Stability Control, Electronic Braking Actuation Module, Wheel Speed Sensors and Clutch/Brake pedal sensor/switch components.• Provide technical support and program updates regarding any development issues for Design Lead and Design Responsible.• Work closely with supply base from five international regions (North America, Brazil, Italy/Germany, India, China), to ensure on-time implementation and validation of software, hardware, and diagnostics following company guidelines.• Coordinate, lead, and participate in supplier and internal design decisions and reviews.• Manage supplier and internal DVPR’s, including the tracking of the validation activities and the related bug-fixes, definition of countermeasures in case of issues and delays, coordination of HW / SW releases of the component, ensuring the alignment with the validation activities, and approval of tests results and related deviations.• Support AQP, PSO, product launch and problem resolution during vehicle launch gates.
