Vincent Jungels is an international Finance Executive with a strong General Management/Operations background across multiple business environments and cultures. He combines line management experiences with strategic and operational finance expertise and has a proven track record of turning around businesses, integrating companies during mergers or acquisitions, and breakthrough improvements in P/L performance and/or cost structures through process redesign and cost reductions.Vincent joined McCue in November 2017 where he now serves as its Chief Financial officer and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, Vincent was COO for The Princeton Review and VP Finance,North America for Promethean. From 2002 to 2008, Vincent has worked for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. In his last position as Senior Vice President, Finance he was a key contributor to the transformation of the company following the integration of Houghton Mifflin and Harcourt. Prior to that, Vincent also held several divisional Business Manager positions where he managed all the finance and operations activities, partnering with the division President to define the strategy and implement it successfully. Leveraging his strong understanding of the key business drivers, his expertise as an operator, and his leadership skills he also led the redesign of the supply chain function to create a best in class organization with improved processes.Vincent transferred to Houghton Mifflin, from his role as Business Manager for the School division of Vivendi Universal Games in California, to help integrate all the education electronic assets after Vivendi acquired Houghton Mifflin.Prior to Vivendi, Vincent had spent 5 years with Disney Consumer Products Europe in Paris where he was the Business Manager in charge of the Emerging Markets. Vincent had joined Disney after starting his career as an Auditor with Arthur Andersen in Paris.
