   Serve as the Chief Development Officer for the Mitch Daniels School of Business, reporting to the Vice President for Development with a dotted line to the Dean, and leading strategy for one of four strategic initiatives within Purdue’s $4B comprehensive, university-wide Victories & Heroes campaign, the most ambitious fundraising initiative in the university’s history.• Lead the Daniels School of Business campaign with a goal of $400M by 2030, alongside an annual fundraising target of $38M, advancing priorities including a new state-of-the-art facility, faculty excellence, and transformational student experiences.• Provide strategic leadership for a team of four front-line fundraisers and an executive assistant, while aligning centralized partners including Donor Relations and a Donor Experience Officer (DXO), and supporting annual and planned giving initiatives to maximize overall fundraising performance.• Partner closely with the Dean, senior leadership, and Purdue for Life colleagues to design and execute a comprehensive advancement strategy, including major, principal, and planned gift initiatives.• Personally manage and solicit a portfolio of high-capacity donors, focusing on securing leadership and transformational gifts in support of key school and university priorities.• Drive prospect strategy and pipeline development through active qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of top prospects and alumni.• Represent the Daniels School of Business in high-level donor engagement, events, and strategic partnerships to expand philanthropic support and alumni involvement.
