   Serve as Field Director for a five district council, providing leadership across membership growth, unit service, volunteer development, and fundraising operations. Support approximately 3,900 youth members and oversee councilwide field execution.Responsible for council popcorn fundraising operations totaling approximately in annual sales. Provide strategic guidance to districts and units to support participation, performance, and campaign execution.Council Staff Advisor for Membership, District Operations, and the Council Commissioner Corps, supporting recruitment strategy, district governance, unit health, retention, and commissioner effectiveness.Provide direct leadership and oversight to a team of four full time professionals and two part time staff serving units across the council.
