Specializing in data transformation, data governance, process automation, and data visualization, I\'ve led cross-functional data teams in the end-to-end development of sophisticated business intelligence suites; turning feature-rich data into actionable insights for multi-million dollar pricing campaigns & strategy decisions.My degree in Computational Modeling & Data Analytics built a strong technical foundation for my career, and I\'ve since honed my technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to be an effective team player even in fast-paced, high stress environments. The catalyst for my growth was joining Capital One’s Small Business Bank team in 2020, where I was thrust into the storm of loan processing and volatile rate markets. Everything was a race to the bottom, and we had to act fast to change our pricing strategy such that we could continue to offer top-of-market rates without bankrupting the business. Thanks to incredible mentorship & talented teammates, I was able to ramp-up quickly - leveraging my proficiency in SQL and Python to migrate big data from enterprise data lake sources into our local Snowflake Data Warehouses for use in pricing campaigns, and taking ownership of the expansion of our business’s rate infrastructure. Now, I use the skills I cultivated to help teams build innovative and creative solutions to complex data / business problems.
