ABOUT VINCENT VITKOWSKY
Vince Vitkowsky represents clients in counseling, litigation and arbitration. He has cutting edge knowledge of cyber risks, liabilities and insurance. This includes policy development, drafting, review and interpretation, and coverage and claims matters. Vince provides advice in a broad range of matters, including high-value ransomware attacks, some with OFAC implications. He has represented clients in matters relating to Business Email Compromises. Vince also has extensive experience with both affirmative and silent cyber coverage, identifying exposures and defending coverage disputes. As a veteran insurance lawyer with a background in terrorism and national security law, Vince has a distinctive skill set at the intersection of insurance, cyber, and national security. He is a Fellow at the National Security Institute of George Mason Law School. Previously, he was an Adjunct Fellow at the FDD\'s Center for Law and Counterterrorism.
