   Managed a large, complex IT buildout project of United Airlines’ new corporate office in Houston, Texas with a budget of $5.5 million, ultimately serving over 1,400 end users from different departments with varying technology solutions over multiple phases • Served as liaison between Corporate Real Estate, multiple internal stakeholders, and technical teams, translating business requirements into technology deliverables • Experienced in deployment of end user technologies including desktop, print, voice, and audio/visual • Planned and executed the successful relocation of hundreds of corporate personnel and their respective technology tools over multiple phases • Partnered with Corporate Real Estate to introduce first free-addressing work environment within the company by providing mobility-enabling tools such as soft phones and universal docking stations • Worked with engineering teams and third-party technology vendors to enhance collaboration capabilities amongst end users by installing Audio/Visual and conferencing tools including wireless content sharing devices and cameras for video conferencing • Deployed Cisco Jabber, a soft phone solution to enable work mobility, involving application testing and deployment, wireless headset device distribution, composing of change management communications, and development of end user training materials • Assembled and led teams of engineers and technicians of varying trades and specializations including WAN/LAN Engineering, Wireless, Voice, Critical Infrastructure, End User & Audio/Visual, and Field Services Delivery • Responsible for developing and managing of project financials including cost estimation, spend forecast, and budget reconciliation • Supported the successful decommissioning of a legacy data center facility by identifying and engaging server owners and pursuing decommissioning solutions
