Design and release of payload Interior components - Ceilings and Soft goods. Worked on configuration of payload interior commodities like Ceilings and Soft goods using Catia V5 making sure all MBD models are built as per Boeing and FAA Requirements. Checking MBD for all captures and associated views (model-based definition) 3D CAD of relevant part Details, Assemblies, IRMs and CARMs for any interferences between interfacing components using IVT meeting all Boeing requirements (Flammability, stress, material and manufacturability). Worked in change management, releasing changes to components fixing quality issues from pacers and IELRs after validation and verification doing prototype and testing.• Made sure, put high emphasis on quality like accessibility to emergency equipment, no obstruction in Door opening and access of AMOD, Galley, Lavatory and closets while configure the Curtains for New customer Introduction.
