As the subject matter expert for Product Installation at Westlake Royal Building Products, I am responsible for managing and developing the Installation Services Team, Installation Collateral, and Installation Training Programs. Our Installation Service Team offers product and installation support and resources for all customers, both internal and external. I manage the Installation Specialists Team, which provides Contractor Training and Product Demonstrations to the US and Canadian Sales Team. Additionally, I collaborate with the Product Development and Marketing Teams on several projects that require installation instructions and technical support expertise. As the subject matter expert for Product Installation at Westlake Royal Building Products, my role includes managing and developing the Installation Services Team, creating Installation Collateral, and designing the Installation Training Programs. The Installation Service Team offers product and installation support and resources to all customers, whether internal or external. To support the US and Canadian Sales Team with Contractor Training and Product Demonstrations, I manage the Installation Specialists Team.
