Work closely with various departments within the Operations Department as well as the Quality, NPD and Brand Managers within the company. Set all specifications for products and ensure that our Co packers and Suppliers adhere all Monster Specifications. Support Cost savings projects with can/production and handling. Attend Plant start-ups for Production of Products and Packaging. Qualify suppliers throughout all Cans, bottles, trays, Cap, Shrink and all other packaging is produced to Monster standards. Direct communications with our packaging suppliers (vendors) Global including their Sales, Customer Service and manufacturing facilities. Set up all new plants and Specifications on new Equipment including packaging specifications and configurations.
