Job Description: Project Manager - Airbus BSMCx A320 Configuration ManagementContext : Configuration management is a critical process in the aerospace industry, ensuring meticulous identification, documentation, and control of aircraft characteristics throughout their lifecycle. As the Project Manager representing Alten, my role is to lead a team of 15 experts in configuration management and collaborate closely with Airbus and teams in the UK, Spain, Germany, and other countries involved in the BSMCx A320 project. Together, we ensure seamless coordination and adherence to the highest quality standards to deliver a successful and compliant project.Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Alten team of configuration management experts, providing clear direction, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the team\'s overall success. Cross-Country Coordination: Collaborate effectively with Airbus and teams in the UK, Spain, Germany, and other involved countries. Coordinate configuration management activities, resolve interdependencies, and maintain transparent communication to achieve project objectives.Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks related to configuration management and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project timelines and deliverables.Project Reporting: Provide regular progress updates, milestone achievements, and risk assessments to Alten management, Airbus stakeholders, and other involved parties.
