Situation: OneStream arm of Tevpro required additional employees to assist in the expansion of financial/accounting services for prospective clients concentrated in the Oil/Gas/Mining, and Human Capital industries- Task: Learns the clients business process needs first and foremost, in order to build a deep understanding of their current state to accurately advise on their future determinations. Assisting clients with determining how to best improve processes such as financial consolidation, planning & budgeting, account reconciliation, tax provision automation, chart of accounts maintenance, and management reporting - Action: Designs, Develops, Implements, Tests and Trains based off the client\'s individual needs and preferences. Utilizes OneStream resources, training, and community to approach any given request.
