I’m an aviation operations leader with more than a decade of experience managing complex airport environments, leading large frontline teams, and implementing operational and technology initiatives that improve guest experience and operational performance.Currently serving as Director of Guest Services at Alaska Airlines in Seattle, I oversee above-the-wing operations at one of the airline’s largest hubs. My work sits at the intersection of customer experience, operational efficiency, workforce leadership, and the deployment of new technologies in a highly regulated transportation environment.Throughout my career I have led cross-functional initiatives that improve how airport operations function at scale.
