Over the past 5 years, it has been my pleasure to be part of GHD\'s Future Energy group - supporting clients as they transition to lower carbon intensive operations, and helping to realize GHD’s vision of making water, energy and communities sustainable for generations to come. I have been working in the oil and gas industry since 1990, with emphasis on the upstream and midstream areas of the business. After working for a small regional consulting firm from 19••••96, I formed BNC Environmental Services with two other professionals, focusing in the upstream and midstream business\'s across the Mid-Continent with emergency response, environmental, compliance, engineering and construction services. We grew the firm from a staff of three to over 100 employees in five offices over the next nine years with annual revenue in the 25-30MM range by 2004/5. During this expansion, I was involved in business development, client management, project execution and employee development. In 2005 we merged with Conestoga-Rovers & Associates (CRA) where I continued to focus on business development, client management and emergency response. Between 20••••16 I managed approximately 50 staff located in Albuquerque, Austin, Denver, Houston and Omaha executing a wide range of environmental, engineering and construction projects. From 20••••15 I served on CRA\'s Executive Committee and assisted in the merge with GHD in 2015, doubling the staff size from to over world wide. Since the merger with GHD I have continued to focus on business development across North America with an emphasis on Fortune 100 Oil and Gas firms, Upstream and Midstream start ups and have assisting in increasing revenue\'s from the industry from 50MM annually to 140MM. In addition I enjoy the challenge of identifying and developing new clients, building long term relationships and supporting them in times of crisis with various stakeholders. I have developed long term relationships with key staff at Kinder Morgan, Energy Transfer, BHP Billiton, Plains All American Pipeline, TC Energy, Colonial Pipeline, Buckeye Pipeline, CoP, Oxy, and various other energy related firms and continue to be active in the industry. In addition, I am a registered Professional Geoscientist in the State of Texas.
