Serve as a strategic legal partner in identifying and mitigating regulatory risk across healthcare operations and payer-provider engagements.10. Provide legal oversight on offshoring initiatives related to Medicaid managed care and Medicare Parts C and D, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across all 50 states.
