About Vincent Morgan

I focus on representing corporate policyholders dealing with insurance and risk management issues, ranging from the placement of coverage to the claims process and, if necessary, the litigation of coverage disputes that arise. I have helped clients recover billions of dollars through insurance, FEMA assistance and indemnity proceeds. I am a past Chair of the Insurance Law Section of the Texas Bar, a Fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel, and am one of the authors of the only legal treatise focusing on insurance coverage for natural catastrophes, having authored the chapters on the Claims Process and Business Interruption. I have spoken at events put on by the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the American College of Coverage Counsel, various law schools and other organizations. Most recently, I spoke at the Houston Corporate Counsel Section with a presentation titled, “What In-House Counsel Need to Know About Insurance.”
