Responsibilities :• Sourcing candidates for IT openings as required by clients from time-to-time using sources like job-sites (Dice, Monster, Career-Builder, Tech fitch and Prohires) job-postings, preferred-vendors, converted references, cold calling etc.• Worked with Implementation partners like HCL, L&T, American Honda NTT DATA, Igate and Majescomastek.• Capability of handling 2-5 requirements at a time and driving towards the placement.• Hands on experience using Conrep software.• Choosing the best consultant to my requirement, locking on the rates, scheduling the interviews, Monitoring and follow up with the client till final selection• Hiring the resources on different levels and different technologies.• Also Hired candidates in financial/Insurance on skills set of PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, PL/SQL, Core Java/J2ee, C/C++ on Unix/ Linux,(Linux apache, MYSQL), Sr. Test lead, QA Analyst, Performance Engineer, Financial Analyst/Business Analyst/, information Security Analyst, Application Architect, Sr project manager Project manager, System Engineer.• Responsible for checking references, negotiating terms and rates for each project, coordinating the interview process, extending offers, and closing candidates.• Scheduling interviews (both telephonic and in-person) and following-up on each submitted candidate until the candidate is accepted / rejected.• Responsible for presented verbal offers of employment to selected candidates• Placing Candidates in various technologies on C2C, W2, 1099 Contract basis.• Prepare daily submission status report in Excel format.
