I specialise in cooling systems for high-performance eDrives and power electronics, with applications in motorsport and aerospace. My work spans design, analytical methods, and advanced simulations-Sketching and evaluating initial designs through analytical calculations-Designing CAD models of cooling systems (heatsinks, cooling slots, jet cooling…) using CATIA V5- Running CFD simulations in Ansys Fluent to predict and optimize thermal performance-Iterating designs to achieve cooling performance targets and efficiency improvements-Performing FEA in Ansys Mechanical to validate structural integrity under operational pressures-Automating workflows with Python for data extraction, pre/post-processing, and custom utilities
