My Background: With 12+ years of experience as a Structural Engineer in the telecommunications industry, I currently serve as a Senior Project Manager at Everest Infrastructure Partners. Some of my primary duties are; ensuring the structural integrity of our assets, through M&A and Leasing; running tower/foundation modification construction projects from design through post mod inspection approved and most importantly; making sure projects are moving in a timely and efficient manor with our internal teams as well as our external engineering vendors. Prior to this role, I dedicated seven years to the production and QA of MA/SA reports & modification designs for towers and rooftop structures. Additionally, I have two years of experience as an Area Support Engineer at Crown Castle, where I served as one of the primary liaison’s between internal and external engineering vendors for tower-related inquiries. This involved consulting on structural analysis reports and modification designs, risk assessment on existing field conditions and giving timelines for resolving tower maintenance issues based on both internal standards and external codes. In the Field: Performed building rooftop mappings & ground equipment audits for telecom carriers. Experience with Telecom Software Programs: tnxTower, RISA3D, RISAFoundation & a Variety of other Telecom Software Programs & Platforms. Well versed in the following Codes: American Concrete Institute (ACI 31••••••25), American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC Editions 9-16), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE 7-10 - 7-22), International Building Code (IBC 20••••24), International Existing Building Code (IEBC 20••••24) & Telecommunications Industry Association Rev.
