Seasoned Operator and Former Technology Executive. I advise senior executives, boards, and other key stakeholders with a focus on turnaround strategy, commercial growth, and value creation. I support companies through periods of complex change and special situations, with a reputation on building long term relationships with my clients based on results and strategic advice. My experience includes interim executive management (CRO) roles and advising C-suite executives, key company stakeholders (board, shareholders, and creditors) on structural changes of significance: organizational realignment, commercial and operational turnarounds, and strategic transactions. My area of focus is with turnaround strategy, having advised clients on a wide range of special situations including distressed M&A, interim CRO / turnaround management roles, structural cost takeout and rapid revenue improvement, strategic acquisitions, divestitures and carve-outs, spin offs, and SPAC mergers. I have supported over 100 companies on strategic transactions, business turnarounds, and organizational realignments.My clients have spanned across the globe, including public and private companies, as well as leading investment firms. I have spent a considerable amount of my career working with private equity clients and their portfolio companies, with a particular focus on Technology, Media, Consumer, and Legal/Prof. services. In addition to my advisory career, I have held executive and management level strategy and commercial roles within industry leading, planning and implementing strategic initiatives, including as a SaaS / technology operator for a leading, private equity backed M&A software company.
