Over the past 30 years I have built successful businesses, both locally and internationally, working within StartUps, local SME and multinational corporations. I have worked in a number of industries including luxury retail and hospitality, mobile technology, appliance manufacturing and logistics. My passion lies in driving technological innovation, automation and efficiencies to create robust, sustainable enterprises. While my journey began in engineering and market analysis, I quickly discovered my true enthusiasm for business development and business strategy. I believe a clear vision of the future, and a strategy to get there, are the starting blocks to success, while leadership, resilience and execution will always prove be the deciding factors. I\'ve been based in Milan for a large part of my working life where I\'ve built and exited my own Start-ups through sales to Multinational and International companies and scaled other businesses ventures.
