ABOUT VINCENT HALE

I am a seasoned alternative investment professional with over two decades of global experience across private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and hedge fund investments. With a Bachelor\'s degree in Finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and a Master\'s degree in Investment and Asset Management from the University of Toronto, I have consistently focused on building diversified portfolios and optimizing cross-border capital allocation with a global perspective. Beginning my career in China’s rapidly evolving capital markets at Guotai Junan and Sequoia China, I developed a solid foundation in equity analysis and private equity execution. I then transitioned to leading global asset managers including CPP Investments, BlackRock, State Street Global Advisors, and Fidelity Investments—participating in large-scale transactions across North America, Europe, and emerging markets, with a strong focus on ESG integration and portfolio innovation. Currently, I serve as a Senior Alternative Investment Manager at Fidelity Investments, based in Boston, and also hold the position of Equity Partner. In this non-managerial role, I participate in the firm\'s capital strategy and long-term value creation while focusing on strategic growth and sustainable returns. My investment philosophy centers on balancing risk and opportunity through disciplined research, quantitative analysis, and macroeconomic insight. I strive to uncover value in alternative assets and deliver customized investment solutions that align with long-term goals for institutional and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
