I am a seasoned HR leader, serving today as the Director of Digital Transformation in HR at Colas. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to shaping the future of human resources through innovative strategic and technological initiatives. My primary mission is to align digital transformation with the overarching strategy of our company while providing crucial support to our HR transformation program. In the realm of HR digital transformation, I lead with distinction. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors and PeopleDoc, I successfully oversee the implementation of transformative initiatives that cater to our employees. This strategic move not only boosts operational efficiency but also significantly enhances the employee experience, all while supporting the overall growth of our organization. Furthermore, I hold a critical role as the custodian of HR data for our entire group. This position is instrumental in establishing a professional HR function that is committed to collaborating closely with the business. We prioritize ensuring fairness and equal opportunities for all while fostering an inclusive environment. Central to this endeavor is the impeccable management of HR data, which I ensure remains a hallmark of our approach.
