As founder of Siefert Associates, LLC I\'ve been involved in all aspects of the engineering and business side of delivering quality Working Drawings on time for clients in the Heavy & Highway and Building Construction Industry. I have always made it a priority to treat both our external and internal clients equally, leading by example and living by the Core Values of Honesty, Integrity and Work/Life Balance (and having some fun). Our Company Vision is to be the Professional Engineering Firm of Choice. As president I continually evaluate our success rate in achieving this goal and making the changes to improve where needed. I strive to make Siefert Associates the firm that everyone wants to work with and the place everyone wants to work at.
