I am as comfortable on a stage with my guitar in hand, as I am cruising down a snowy mountain on my snowboard, as I am in a tailored suit in front of a client. With the never-ending menu of activities that the world has to offer, I try to live a well-balanced life. It is a mentality I also have towards my work. Numbers without narrative are cumbersome, and fiction without facts are empty. As a consultant, the ability to effectively communicate data-driven decisions to my clients is one that I have honed through my experiences as a strategic business partner.In particular, I have a keen interest in human capital consulting. People are the lifeblood of a company. My passion is helping companies towards fully unlocking their people. With a background in talent management, I understand what candidates look for and have been a trusted partner advising on employee branding, long-term HR planning, and executing towards organizational goals. An increasingly competitive employee market demands differentiation from employers to become the place where top talent flock towards. I am dedicated to the creation and implementation of innovative people strategies.Likewise, helping people be their best is something I also strive for outside of work. In my community, I am a firm believer in fostering opportunities and supporting others to achieve their own goals. I am privileged enough to have had an amazing personal and professional network who have always preached passing it forward. With this mindset, I have been a leader for programs for differently abled children, professional development, and martial arts, to name a few.
