About Vince Correa

Most people start off in real estate or finance having to learn on the job with their clients - how to coordinate and manage all of the moving parts (and people) of a transaction or designing plans on-the-fly. I, on the other hand, spent a decade honing these skills as a project manager for a Fortune 500 company, and at a tech start-up, before ever getting into real estate or finance. This is where I learned how to create a path towards success. I apply this same approach and skillsets with all my clients now and have specialized tools and strategic systems to expertly design solutions for my clients.Why Financial Professional?Finance has always been a passion of mine starting all the way back to when my uncle, for my 17th birthday, bought me a couple shares of stock in a few tech companies. And when my economics high school teacher started an investment contest where we traded stocks using paper money, it only fueled my passion for finance even further. Fast forward to today, and combine my planning skills I learned throughout my career with my passion for finance, these allow me to provide the right solutions and tools to help clients meet their financial goals.Why Real Estate Broker?I first got into the real estate industry by buying and flipping homes with my brother in 2010. Although I wasn’t licensed then, our Realtor at the time recognized I had the skills to be a successful agent and suggested I simply make it official by geting licensed. When she started her own brokerage, I joined her and quickly became a trusted resource for her agents. I naturally took on a role as a trainer and mentor to new agents. And because I have personally developed and refined my systems by teaching them to other agents and using them within my own real estate transactions with great success, I have the highest confidence my systems will work for you and your family and make for an amazing real estate experience.I truly take pride in assisting others achieve their goals and desires. My approach in life, and business, is if you do the right thing and focus on serving others, the rest takes care of itself.
