ABOUT VINCE ORSINI

Vince brings over 25 years of business, leadership and multi-unit experience in hospitality focusing on high-end experiences in private health & fitness clubs, athletic country clubs, hospital-based facilities, and publicly traded companies. While these skills are highly transferrable to any industry, his strengths are with people and relationships. Vince has mentored, coached, and positively impacted the careers of countless team members over the years. He has built lasting community partnerships, reliable vendor relationships, and facilitated leadership seminars, trainings & conferences to improve skillsets for all. He has strong business acumen and well-versed with financials, P & Ls, strategic planning, project management, forecasting, sales, marketing, asset/facility management, corporate sales & relationships, and ancillary business management (personal training, group fitness, restaurant operations, spa operations, events & programming, aquatics, kids, and family events). Vince has run multiple facilities, teams, and markets even in different cities, states and countries with exceptional organization, prioritization and delegation skills that has delivered success in every position. He is currently utilizing his expertise in the manufacturing industry focusing on the entire fulfillment process from sourcing raw materials to shipping & installing finished products to customers. Vince has a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University - The Eli Broad Graduate School of Management.
