Direct, manage and oversee two Private Sector Strength and Conditioning facilities to optimize youth and Elite (Professional and Collegiate) athlete development through a Semi-Private (1:6 coach: athlete) and Team training environment- Facilitate high performance culture of confidence for athletes within the environment, and prioritize education through an evidence-based, pragmatic, collaborative system of data-informed applied sport science, strength and conditioning, holistic wellness, stress management, mental performance, nutrition and recovery- Implementation and practical application of integrated sport science and athlete management model (Hawkin Dynamics Force plates, HRV and sleep data via WHOOP, PUSH VBT systems, etc.) to objectively assess performance, monitor and track fatigue, data collection & analysis, training auto-regulation, and improve the quality of athlete preparedness, health and confidence through individualization in program design and day-to-day decision making- Objective application of technology for data-informed insights into athlete preparedness, with emphasis of education to empower athletes to learn how data drives their relative performance, equipped with strategies and tactics to optimize performance and recovery- Mental performance coaching curriculum designed to help youth athletes to overcome adversity, manage stress, set effective and actionable goals and create powerful transformation on- and off- the field of play- Manage all financial duties, budget, staff members and subleasing contracts to optimize financial allocation and future business investment to raise standard and level of care- Responsible for all marketing, content development and lead generation/nurturing systems to optimize brand awareness- Manage contracts with Provincial Sports Nova Scotia Organizations to offer team training.Offer comprehensive sport performance testing Combines to sport organizations.
