   Novel Therm is a development company focused on the deployment of geothermal powered, immersion cooled, high performance compute (HPC) data centers. Our goal is to generate renewable electricity via a unique hydraulic heat engine. The primary focus is development of Tier One and Tier Two, HPC data centers offered to clients as an “on-demand” service (HPCaaS) or on an exclusive, custom built, for lease basis.With the emergence of artificial intelligence and other high-density computing applications, the annual demand for HPC has had over 9% compound annual growth rate for the last five years. The overall power consumption for data centers will grow beyond today’s 2-3% of global power production to potentially tripling in the next ten years. If the power for this growth rate is provided by fossil fuels, it will introduce millions of metric tons of annual CO2 to the atmosphere. Consequently, Google, Amazon and other high growth tech providers are moving to helpful Renewable Energy Credits (RECs). In contrast, Novel Therm provides authentic 100% carbon free, renewable power that we generate on-site. This power source enables us to provide our customers, with an all-inclusive HPC price that includes low-cost green electricity and the ability of being entirely off grid. Our power supply is authentically green since we feed it directly into the data center rather than using the “dirty” grid as an intermediary, as is done with Renewable Energy Credits. We make extremely green HPC data centers that are easier to implement, cheaper to operate and have a clear fixed pricing structure.As a Co-Founder of Novel Therm I wear many hats. Aside from overseeing many facets of daily operation I am primarily focused on the mechanical systems being implemented into our low-carbon footprint data centers.
