About Vince Benevento

Vince started his career providing in-home therapy for adolescents at the Wheeler Clinic in Plainville, Connecticut, a regional behavioral health provider. From there, he moved into the corporate world, working in professional recruiting and honing his career development skills. With corporate experience under his belt, Vince transitioned back to counseling as an employment specialist for The Kennedy Center, one of Connecticut\'s largest community organizations, where he helped find work for unemployed adults with psychiatric diagnoses and criminal histories. In 2012, Vince founded Causeway Collaborative, developing a strong reputation and a trusted team of local partners in the process.Today, Vince is the Director of Causeway Collaborative, which provides services to improve the academic and behavioral health of children and adolescents. Today, the firm is comprised of a highly trained staff of eight distinguished professionals spanning three separate divisions: Career Development, Counseling, and Therapeutic Mentorship.Vince\'s work experience, whether in the corporate world or in counseling, is united by a single purpose: to help students, young professionals, and those who are struggling to plan for the future, to execute those plans, and to achieve their short- and long-term goals.
