As co-inventor of TriboGlide and TriboLink-Si, two cutting-edge lubrication coatings in the medical device industry, I have dedicated my career to solving perplexing materials science challenges. Both technologies significantly reduce friction and sub-visible particles in pharmaceutical containers, including glass and plastic prefilled syringes and insulin infusion pumps. I have partnered with Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical companies, syringe manufacturers, and early-stage medical device entrepreneurs in improving the performance of prefilled syringes, combination products, and other drug delivery systems for over fifteen years. I believe that research should lead to inventions that are easy to industrialize and manufacture. I can help you with problems such as protein aggregation, dose inaccuracy, and inconsistent syringe forces in a glass or plastic container, especially with large molecule biologics.
