About Vinay Peddinti
Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of working across every corner of the innovation spectrum right from founding two startups and a social impact venture, to leading one of the world’s largest innovation ecosystems, to now driving strategic operations for a global SaaS company. Each chapter has taught me a version of the same lesson -\'When innovation meets execution, impact becomes inevitable\'.At Apty, we help enterprises close the gap between technology investment and user adoption. As Vice President – Strategic Operations, my focus is on building scalable systems across revenue operations, customer success, finance, human resources, and strategy enabling Apty to grow sustainably while solving one of the biggest challenges in digital transformation.Before this, I served as Director of Innovation Management at T-Hub, where I had the opportunity to work at the intersection of startups, corporates, academia, and governments, both in India and across the globe. I collaborated with hundreds of founders and dozens of Fortune 500 companies to bridge the gap between startup agility and enterprise structure. During the time, we validated thousands of ideas, mentored hundreds of startups, and enabled more than 100 go to market launches across India and beyond.Beyond the corporate and ecosystem front, I founded The Social Cause at the age of 19, a volunteer driven Not-For-Profit that has supported education, sustainability, and healthcare initiatives for over half a decade. Beyond titles, I see myself as a builder of ecosystems, someone who thrives on connecting with founders, corporates, and investors to create measurable and shared impact. I have seen what happens when the right people and ideas come together - industries evolve, mindsets shift, and change becomes real.What drives me today is building systems that make growth repeatable, innovation practical, and impact measurable.
