Collaborating with clients in a General Contractor setting to understand project specifications, design, timelines; creating project plan with time, cost, labor estimates; hosting & coordinating OAC’s; monitoring progress; managing & directing on-site construction activities; project documentation including financials and cost reports. • Live Nation Fillmore Theatre – Tenant Improvement ‐ Started as an Assistant Project Manager but quickly moved into a hybrid role by also taking over Project Manager and Superintendent responsibilities, eventually taking over the lead role for the project. ‐ Led the interim phase bidding, contracts and subcontractor buyouts along with scope clarifications. ‐ Unique project nature giving an extension to the TI GC role as an owner’s rep for coordinating the install of a Boing 747 plane fuselage between 2 high-rise residential towers.
