Project / Delivery Management & Resource Planning, have knowledge in E-bus Vehicle Integration/ wiring harness or Electrical distribution systems (EDS) & Vehicle Geometrical/ Electrical Architecture. Customers: DAF, VDL Bus & Coach, Tata Motors, Caterpillar & EKA Mobility. My main area of expertise is, 1. Handling a team of 8 cad design engineers & provide technical leadership, Project management process- initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling & closing like quality checks of all Deliverables, Onsite & Offshore Team Management, Cross-Functional Teams Interactions, Organize Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Status Meetings. Monitor Virtual vehicle layout & finalize P&H (Proportions & Hardpoints). Vehicle Geometrical Architecture/ Electrical Integration of components for Passengers Car segment, HCV/LCV (Trucks & Buses) & Pick up (Xenon) vehicles. To Handle the complete vehicle routing layout & support in packaging & 3D/2D of wiring harness design & Electrical parts installation. Worked on sheet metal brackets, Plastic channels/Covers. Represent VGA ( Vehicle Geometrical Architecture), to ensure proper Packaging & routing related to components in the vehicle & secure the routing MAA ( Mock-up Assembly Agreement). Also Getting Sign off for Virtual Build & Physical Build Vehicles from Vehicle Integration team / Production related teams. Aware of DFS, DFA, DFS & DFMEA documents. Having knowledge of Packaging, Tooling, Assembly feasibility. Supporting Proto-Build & Interaction with vendors for design & development. Involved in Benchmarking or Teardown of vehicle. VA/VE for Vehicle components design. Software Skills: 1. Catia V5 & Creo 4 (Part, Assembly, Surface, Electrical workbench & Drawing), 3D experience Catia V6 R2020x & Unigraphics NX 8.5.
