With Thooshan, you don’t always have to compost the plate, you can dispose of it near a tree, which then becomes organic manure for the plant. The utensils after a single-use can be used as cattle feed, fish feed or as poultry feed. These biodegradable tablewares can be safely used in the forest, seashores, hill stations etc. The next challenge was with the packaging of the product. THOOSHAN decided to avoid plastic, as the whole purpose was to reduce plastic. Packaging of “ THOOSHAN” is another ace up the sleeve, which is not just biodegradable but also certified as safe by the authorities.
