Installed, configured, and maintained business organization computer systems, networks, servers and Active Diretory.• Resolve technical, hardware-software, network related issues and document and update tickets though ticketing system.• Perform Imaging, recovery, installing and changing parts, maintain applications of workstation required by user, such as Pc, Laptops, Ipads, Docking stations.• Work individually and in team on IT projects assigned in order to get required results.• Manage and Service POS, Self-Checkout, Debit-machines, Printers and ATM at various banks, Supermarket store.• Configure servers, Cisco switches, Modems, Internet Gateway, thin-client at various sites and monitor them for proper functioning of site.• Auditing and making logs of solutions to the issues encounter, day to day activities and upload them on SharePoint in assisting other fellow techs.• Set up and Install new printers, fax machines on to the user system and configure them according to site requirement and perform required repair and troubleshooting on them.• Set up the network cabling of the site and make new RJ45, RJ11 Ethernet connections in consideration of CAT5, CAT6 network patch.• Resolve any software/Application issue such as Office 365, Adobe, Internet explorer, Firewalls, Antiwirus Malware that user encounter.• Provide good Customer service to the customers while onsite to meet their satisfaction and job requirements and follow up with work-site policies.
