About Vinayak Raizada
Sophomore at IIT Roorkee (Electrical Engineering, ’28) with a strong interest in building things from scratch. I started out deeply focused on the technical side of software - working across game development, web and app development, blockchain and low-level programming in C++. I enjoy thinking about systems, architecture, and how complex software actually works under the hood.At IIT Roorkee I’m part of the Mobile Development Group (MDG), where I’ve been involved in development work as well as helping conduct lectures and workshops. I regularly participate in hackathons and technical events such as InterIIT Tech and Technical GC, which have been a great way to collaborate with other builders and experiment with new ideas.Recently I’ve started shifting my focus beyond pure engineering. I’m currently building Stamped and exploring what it means to move from being just a developer to becoming an entrepreneur. That shift has pushed me to learn areas outside traditional engineering - sales, product thinking, marketing, design and management - and understand how real products are built, taken to market, and how to get actual customers and generate revenue.Outside of tech, I enjoy playing the piano and exploring ideas at the intersection of technology, systems, and startups.
